Thomas Mechanical, a privately held company headquartered in Laurens, SC, was founded by Martin Lowry. Martin began his construction career working for Trane as a sales engineer and management positions in other mechanical contracting companies. What started as a small mechanical company of 3 people has grown to a multi-faceted business focused on the mechanical and fire protection needs of commercial and industrial customers. Thomas Mechanical has been recognized as one of South Carolina’s fastest growing companies and has grown to become a multimillion-dollar operation. Thomas Mechanical has been providing Mechanical installation and service since 2004 and Fire Protection installation and service since 2015 in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Thomas Mechanical has worked on projects across a wide spectrum of industries such as automotive, healthcare, higher education, injection molding, food production, chemical coating, pharma, and many more. Our services include design, replacement, repair, maintenance and new installation of most all commercially available HVAC, process piping, metal fabrication, and fire protection systems.
