JR Automation required integration of climate control and industrial utility. To support the facility’s high-demand environment, our team installed an HVAC network consisting of ten gas-fired package units and four specialized exhaust systems, ensuring optimal air quality and temperature stability. The project’s infrastructure is anchored by a high-capacity plant air system, featuring a 1,040-gallon storage tank and precision-engineered air piping distributed throughout the floor. We rounded out the facility’s mission-critical systems with a wet pipe fire sprinkler network, meticulously installed to meet NFPA 13 safety standards.
