This 55,000 SF project for era Contact’s North American operations showcases our expertise in large-scale industrial integration. Our scope included the installation of a sophisticated HVAC network featuring nine gas-fired units with VAV zone controls, supported by specialized exhaust and cooling systems. We also delivered a mission-critical plant air system with all associated piping and ensured the facility met the highest safety benchmarks by installing two NFPA 13-compliant wet pipe fire sprinkler systems throughout the entire footprint.
