For Muffin Mam’s 105,000 SF headquarters in Laurens, SC, our team delivered a specialized mechanical and life safety package designed for industrial food production. To support 28,000 SF of cold storage, we installed a food-grade HVAC network of gas-fired make-up air units and rooftop systems, alongside high-capacity compressors for the decorating lines. The facility’s fire protection is a standout feature, featuring an electric fire pump and ESFR system, as well as a specialized nitrogen-based suppression network specifically engineered to protect the freezer environment to NFPA 13 standards.
