Size of building: 65,000 SF
This 65,000 SF facility houses MM Tech Operations Center. Thomas Mechanical and Fire Protection was awarded this Project to install (2) Air Rotation Units, (4) gas fired Rooftop A/C units, (6) Exhaust fans, (1) mini splits, Plant air compressor with 1,200 gallon tank and all associated air piping throughout the facility. We also installed (2) wet pipe fire sprinkler systems, Diesel Fire Pump and a 150,000 gallon fire water storage tank to protect the facility per NFPA Standards.
