Size of building: 130,000 SF
This project involved the complete renovation of the existing building HVAC system. HVAC systems in the building were replaced with new chilled water piping, air handling units, variable volume air terminal units, ductwork and building management controls. Work on this project was phased to allow operation of the building throughout construction.
