Size of building: 45,000 SF
This 45,000 SF facility houses JR Automation Operations Center. Thomas Mechanical and Fire Protection was awarded this Project to install (10) gas fired Package A/C units, (4) Exhaust fans, (2) mini splits, Plant air compressor with 1,040 gallon tank and all associated air piping throughout the facility. We also installed (1) wet pipe fire sprinkler system throughout per NFPA 13 Standards.
