Size of building: 55,000 SF
This 55,000 SF facility houses era Contact’s north American operations. Thomas Mechanical and Fire Protection was awarded this Project to install (9) gas fired Package A/C units with zone controlled VAV’s, (9) Exhaust fans, (2) mini splits, Plant air compressor with tank and all associated air piping throughout the facility. We also installed (2) wet pipe fire sprinkler systems throughout per NFPA 13 Standards.
