This facility is the 12,995 SF home of the highly accomplished men’s and women’s soccer programs at Clemson University including locker rooms, meeting rooms, equipment rooms, coaches’ offices and player lounges. Thomas Mechanical performed the HVAC and Fire Protection scopes of work on this project including a complete fire sprinkler system, split system dedicated outside air unit with energy recovery ventilator, variable volume terminal devices, ductwork and building management controls.
