After a Tornado nearly destroyed the Owner’s facility in Seneca, SC a complete reconstruction was immediately underway with aggressive deadlines. Thomas Mechanical performed the HVAC and Fire Protection scopes of work on this reconstruction of the cafeteria and training areas including a complete fire sprinkler system, packaged rooftop HVAC units, ductless split system units, ductwork and building management controls.
