Size of building: 17,250SF indoor facility with 3,750SF outdoor storage
This project included the construction of a new Ace Hardware facility in Williamston, SC. The HVAC system installed included new split and minisplit heat pumps, associated hard copper refrigerant lines, concealed ductwork over the offices, and exposed spiral ductwork in the main store area. For the Fire Protection, there is a wet pipe fire sprinkler system on the inside and a dry pipe system covering the outdoor canopy area per NFPA 13 standards.
