KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and manage the HVAC service department, including operations, personnel, and customer service
- Supervise, support, and mentor HVAC Service Technicians of all levels
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and daily workflow to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
- Recruit, train, and develop technicians and support staff
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence
- Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive departmental growth through process improvement and team development
- Monitor KPIs, service goals, and departmental budget
- Ensure compliance with all safety, licensing, and environmental regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Manager or 8+ years as a Senior HVAC Service Technician with proven leadership skills
- Experience working with commercial and/or residential HVAC systems and clients
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and communication skills
