HVAC SERVICE MANAGER

As our HVAC Service Manager, you won’t just oversee the service department – you’ll lead it, shape it, and take it to the next level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
        • Lead and manage the HVAC service department, including operations, personnel, and customer service
        • Supervise, support, and mentor HVAC Service Technicians of all levels
        • Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and daily workflow to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
        • Recruit, train, and develop technicians and support staff
        • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence
        • Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships
        • Drive departmental growth through process improvement and team development
        • Monitor KPIs, service goals, and departmental budget
        • Ensure compliance with all safety, licensing, and environmental regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
        • 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Manager or 8+ years as a Senior HVAC Service Technician with proven leadership skills
        • Experience working with commercial and/or residential HVAC systems and clients
        • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and communication skills
REQUIREMENTS:
        • Driver’s license
        • Clean driving record and background check
        • Universal EPA card
        • Drug testing
